It breaks down into seven named components across the approved budget horizon. Supplier extension is the largest component at +€306k; parallel operation adds +€138k; remediation, knowledge transfer, certification and travel/other add the remainder, partly offset by a −€68k reserve release.
Because the answer is governed, numerator, denominator, time horizon and the distinction between accrued cost and forecast variance remain explicit.

EKSTROPI is not four disconnected tools. Each is a different depth into the same governed enterprise reality: position, interrogation, proof and operational custody. Nexus carries that reality through time.

New evidence does not automatically mean a new position. Each finding is examined against the current state, and conflict may result in refusal rather than silent overwrite.
Across observations, each element of the position either moved, held, or was retired, and the reason travels with it.
Better knowledge should change today's position. It should not rewrite yesterday's decisions, and here it cannot: July remains reconstructable exactly as July was known.
